Shaun Ertischek, Esq. is the principal and managing member of the Firm. He is admitted to practice law before the State Courts of New York and New Jersey. He is admitted to the Federal Courts of the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the District of New Jersey, and the District of Connecticut. Mr. Ertischek has advised individuals, businesses and colleagues on a variety of legal subjects. He focuses primarily on tort litigation, contract negotiation and drafting, FDCPA/FCRA compliance and defense, unemployment insurance benefits, corporate law and bankruptcy issues. Mr. Ertischek has also served as corporate counsel to a financial company.
